Privacy notice

The Pond is the trading mentorship operated by Devesh Bulani, known as Spooky. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit spookynq.com, book a strategy call or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email spooky@spookynq.com.

Information we collect

• Booking and application information: your name, email address, phone number, social handles, trading experience, goals, challenges, investment range, email follow-up choice, and the appointment time and timezone you choose.
• Communications and call records: emails and replies, appointment status, and notes we make to understand your needs and manage your enquiry. A Zoom meeting link does not itself mean a call is recorded. If recording is proposed, we will let you know and obtain any required permission.
• Technical information: our hosting and embedded service providers may process your IP address, browser/device information, request logs and cookies needed to deliver, secure or operate their services. Campaign information in the page URL may be passed to the booking service to identify how you found us.

Please do not include passwords, identity documents, full bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information in the application. This website does not collect card details or process payments.

How we use your information

We use it to arrange and deliver your call, review your application, respond to questions, keep track of your enquiry, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Applications are reviewed personally; we do not use this website to make automated eligibility decisions.

Calendly sends booking confirmations, changes and appointment reminders. HighLevel organises booked leads and call status. If you miss a call and have agreed to email follow-up, HighLevel may send one automatic email inviting you to rebook. We do not run an automatic promotional email sequence for people already booked, and we do not send SMS follow-ups through this funnel.

We have not added an abandoned-form follow-up system. Information you enter within Calendly is handled under Calendly's own practices, including before a booking is completed.

Services that help us operate

We share relevant information with service providers for the purposes above:

• Vercel hosts and delivers the website and video.
• Calendly handles the calendar, questionnaire, booking and reminders.
• HighLevel / LeadConnector manages lead records, call notes and permitted no-show email follow-up.
• Zoom provides the call and meeting link.
• Google provides the connected calendar and website fonts.
• Zoho provides our business email inbox.

These providers may use supporting service providers and process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe their own processing and safeguards. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights, security or prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising.

Cookies and website features

The site uses a locally hosted video player. We have not installed advertising pixels or a separate visitor analytics service. Embedded Calendly and external font requests can still send technical information to their providers. Use Calendly's cookie settings, where available, and your browser's controls to manage cookies. You can also use the direct Calendly booking link if the embed does not work.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry, booking and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to manage your enquiry, provide any service you choose, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether you become a client, the last contact and the type of record. You can request deletion at any time. We may retain limited records where required by law or to honour an unsubscribe request; service-provider backups may be removed on their own retention schedules.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw email follow-up permission, or raise a privacy concern by emailing spooky@spookynq.com. Follow-up emails also include an unsubscribe option. Opting out of follow-up does not cancel a booked call or necessary appointment messages; use the links in your booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy of your data, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Where applicable, we rely on steps you request before entering a service agreement, legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating securely, consent for optional follow-up, and legal obligations.

Security, children and updates

We use access controls and service-provider security features to protect information, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this notice when our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
